scheduling a new patient appointment
Our office will be happy to schedule new patient appointments for routine cleanings, restorative treatment, cosmetic treatment, and/or consultation. To schedule an appointment, please call our office.
- Routine cleaning appointments for new patients under the age of 21 are scheduled with one of our hygienists & include an exam with Dr. Seligson
- Routine cleaning appointments for new patients over the age of 21 are scheduled in two appointments (typically back-to-back). The first appointment includes a comprehensive exam with Dr. Seligson and review of dental history, concerns & possible future treatment. The second appointment is scheduled with one of our hygienists for routine cleaning
insurance
If your insurance plan will cover services completed by an out-of-network provider, we will be happy to file insurance claims for you when you check out after your appointment.
Contact your insurance company to find out if you have out-of-network coverage. (This is dependent on individual plans)
